ABOUT ASPIRE
Aspire Economic Development + Chamber Alliance is
the engine that drives economic development
and business success in Johnson County and
southern Indianapolis. We lead local industries by
leveraging development opportunities and delivering
comprehensive services for entrepreneurs, small
businesses, and large corporations alike.
Every business and community aspires to grow and
improve, though each will define their growth and
improvement differently. With our specialized resources
and support, we provide members, investors, community
partners – and all those looking for a welcoming
community in which to start or expand their business –
a chance to succeed.
As a chamber of commerce, Aspire is the region’s goto resource for networking, support, and strategic
growth. Our strong connections throughout the business
community make us a trusted partner for entrepreneurs
and established businesses alike. We support members
at every stage, from concept to launch to expansion,
by connecting them to expert coaching, microlending
programs, and peer networks. Aspire also keeps
members informed through educational workshops
and events focused on the issues shaping our local
business environment.
As a local economic development organization, Aspire
delivers strategic services to enhance business growth
and quality of place. This includes site location, business
attraction, expansion, and retention services. Aspire also
works in talent attraction and retention to build up a
workforce that is in high demand by employers.
Our public policy advocacy and educational programs
are founded on a pro-business and community
development philosophy. Aspire specializes in events
that bring businesses, community leaders and elected
officials in Johnson County together. We believe a
prosperous and growing local economy is the foundation
of a thriving civil society.

Membership with Aspire opens the door to an extensive
